MARK CLASBY

Managing Attorney
Mark Clasby is the Managing Attorney for the DFW office of Lighthouse Legal Services. He is an award-winning and well-known attorney who focuses primarily on family law. For nearly a decade, he has counseled his clients both in and out of the courtroom concerning their specific cases and legal issues. In addition to being a litigator, Mark is a trained mediator, parenting coordinator and parenting facilitator. Mark's preference is to work with opposing attorneys to reach customized agreements that benefit his client's and their children. He believes co-parenting leads to the happiest and healthiest children in the long run. When the case requires a trial though, he is known as a calculated and adept courtroom lawyer.

Mark's work ethic and ability have resulted in him being named a Super Lawyer Rising Star each of the last four years (2021-2024). Mr. Clasby is the current President of the Board for the Legacy Family Court Foundation, an organization that he has been a part of since 2018. The Legacy Family Court Foundation helps support specialty courts in Dallas that focus on rehabilitating parents with substance abuse issues.

Prior to attending Texas A&M School of Law, Mark graduated from Austin College with a degree in Communications and spent several years working alongside attorneys managing their eDiscovery projects during his undergrad. Outside of the office, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, watching baseball and going to movies.
